Everything you need to know before you hit the ice.

01

Tickets & Admission

Why are skating sessions 75 minutes if I’m guaranteed 60 minutes of skating? +−

Each skating session is 75 minutes long to allow time for scheduled ice resurfacing throughout the day. During your session, you’ll enjoy at least 60 minutes of skating, while the remaining time allows our team to maintain a smooth, safe and enjoyable ice surface with the Zamboni.

Can I purchase tickets at the rink? +−

Yes! Tickets may be purchased upon arrival; however, all ticket purchases are completed online using a QR code available at the rink. Once your purchase is complete, simply return to the check-in counter to receive your admission.

To ensure the best availability and the fastest check-in experience, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online before you arrive, especially on weekends, holidays, and during peak times.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, we’ll do our best to accommodate a ticket transfer to another date during the current season. Ticket transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

You’re welcome to join your session after it has begun. However, all sessions end at their scheduled time, and additional skating time cannot be added for late arrivals.

Absolutely! Spectators are welcome to enjoy the rink without purchasing a skating ticket. Upon arrival, simply check in with our staff to receive a complimentary Spectator Pass for entry into the viewing area.
